This privacy policy ("Policy') informs you of the policy of It's Just Satire LLC("Company', "us', "we', or "our') with respect to personal information that is collected, used, and/or shared when you access the websites owned or operated by us (including without limitation, wow.ai, trump.ai, kamala.ai, biden.ai, and pepe.ai, and/or for which we currently or in the future provides services and/or technology) (the "Site'), or access or use our services, applications, mobile apps, platforms, or other services we provide to you through the Site or by any other means (collectively, the "Services'). We use your personal information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, interacting with the Service, or creating an account with us, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. "You' or "Your' refers to the individual accessing or using the Service or Site, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service or Site, as applicable.

Applicability

This Policy applies to information about you that we collect, use, and disclose and which may include: (i) data collected through the Services or Site, (ii) data collected through the process of training Company machine learning algorithms, (iii) data collected automatically, and (iv) data collected from third party sources. Third party sources may include, but not be limited to: blockchains, public databases, commercial data sources, and the public internet. When you make purchases or payments, we use a third-party payment processor, Stripe Inc., to collect credit card or other financial information. Changes

We may update this Policy from time-to-time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy https://kamala.ai/privacy. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the beginning of this Policy. You are responsible for periodically visiting our Service and Site and this Policy to check for any changes. If any of the changes are unacceptable to you, you should cease interacting with us. When required under applicable law, we will notify you of any changes to this Policy. By accessing, using, or registering with, the Site and/or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or of individuals that we do not employ or manage.

  4. Your name, contact information, and text or image prompts and other content such as photos, videos, documents, messages, and any other content included in or associated with any message you send us.
  5. Other information you voluntarily provide or where we state that your information is being collected.
  6. Other data that you elect to send to us, such as your survey responses, messages posted on our chats or on Affiliated websites or chats, liked social media accounts, or information or content you include in communications to us.

Additionally, your blockchain wallet address may functions as your identity on for the Site or Services. Therefore, you will need a blockchain wallet address and a third-party wallet to access certain aspects of the Service. If you do not have a blockchain wallet, we can help you generate one. We do not consider a blockchain wallet address, standing alone, to be information that identifies you. However, a blockchain wallet address may become associated with you or information you provide when you use our Service.

A blockchain wallet is a digital tool that allows users to store, send, and receive cryptocurrency or other digital assets on the blockchain. Each wallet has a unique "wallet address," which functions like an account number and is used to identify where funds should be sent. The wallet itself doesn't store the assets directly but holds the cryptographic keys needed to access and manage them on the blockchain.

B. Information Collected Automatically

As you navigate through, use, and interact with our Service and/or Site, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information ("Usage Data'). In addition, we may use or engage with third-party services ("Third Party Services'), including Google, to help collect, monitor, or analyze some of the information referred to above. These Third Party Services, acting on our behalf, may collect information about your use of our Service or Site through their own cookies, Pixel Tags, or other technologies ("Analytics Information'). These Third Party Services have their own privacy policies addressing how they use and share such information.

  1. Interactions with our Service. To provide our Service, analyze trends, enforce our Terms of Service, and make the Service and Site more useful to you, we collect information (typically Anonymous Data) from you when you interact with our Service or Site, including, but not limited to, your browser type or fingerprint, operating system, IP address and associated geolocation, device ID, blockchain wallet address, wallet type, actions and clickstream data, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. We may also store this data in log files.
  2. Cookies or Other Tracking Technologies. Like many online services, we use cookies to collect information. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to analyze how users interact with our Service and/or Site, make improvements to our product quality, and provide users with a more personalized experience. In addition, we use "Pixel Tags' (also referred to as clear Gifs, Web beacons, or Web bugs). Pixel Tags allow us to analyze how users find our Service or Site, make the Service and Site more useful to you, and tailor your experience with us to meet your particular interests and needs. If you do not accept this tracking technology, you may not be able to use some features of our Service and we recommend that you leave them turned on.

We may add this to the data we have already collected from or about you through our Service. This information may include, for example:

  1. third-party wallet providers that provide us with your blockchain wallet address and certain other information you choose to share with those wallet providers;
  2. third-party providers that provide us with information about you, such as, for example, voter registration and residency verification.
  3. data analytics providers or vendors who provide us information related to certain blockchain wallet addresses;
  4. vendors who provide communication and identity verification services to us and which you choose to use; and
  5. other vendors who provide us information necessary to run our business, to provide the Services, or enforce our Terms of Service.

D. Behavioral Remarketing

We use remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited, interacted, or accessed our Service or Site. We, and our third party vendors, use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to or interactions with our Service or Site.

E. Public Information

We collect data from activity and information that is publicly visible and/or accessible on blockchains or other public sources. This may include, for example, blockchain wallet addresses and information regarding purchases, sales, or transfers of NFTs, which may then be associated with other data you have provided to us.

II. Use of your information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide, maintain, improve and analyze our Service and Site, including to monitor the usage of our Service and Site.
  2. To manage your account and registration as a user of the Service. The information you provide can give you access to different functionalities of the Service and the Site that are available to you as a registered user.
  3. To analyze, improve, and personalize your use and experience on the Service or Site, including by making recommendations to you.

V. Children's Privacy

We will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We may retain and use your information or information about you even after you request deletion of your data if such retention is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, policies, or other agreements, and/or protect our legal rights and other interests.

If you are a non-U.S. user of the Service or Site, by visiting the Service and providing us with information directly or indirectly, you understand and acknowledge that your information and information about you may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, where laws regarding processing of your information or information about you may be less stringent than the laws in your country.
